ON GOVERNED
AUTONOMY

Where Kindo stands, what we are building toward, and why the enterprise that owns its agents will own its decade.

Every enterprise now wants autonomous agents. Almost none can deploy them. The gap between those two facts is the entire opportunity, and it is the reason Kindo exists.

The blocker was never intelligence. Models crossed the threshold of usefulness some time ago. The blocker is that a capable agent, turned loose inside a bank or a hospital or a government network without governance, is not an asset. It is an incident waiting for a date. The teams who most need autonomy are precisely the teams who cannot accept ungoverned action, and so they have watched the AI wave from the shore.

We are not selling intelligence. We are selling the ability to say yes to it.

Kindo's bet is that the winning layer is not the model and not the tool, but the harness between them: the place where identity, governance, and audit make autonomy something a CISO can approve. We build the drivers that let agents act on real systems, the kernel that scopes and records every action, and the console where an enterprise runs and watches its agent workforce.

What this year proved

We shipped agents that resolve incidents, roll back bad deploys, and assemble audit evidence inside customer perimeters, under customer identity, on the record. Three hundred and more enterprises now run Deep Hat for offensive security. The pattern held under load, and the compliance conversation that used to end our deals now starts them.

What we are building toward

A future where an enterprise's agents are as accountable as its people, and far more tireless. Where "prove what every agent did, when, and under whose authority" has a one-tap answer. Where autonomy is not a risk a board tolerates but an advantage it compounds.

To our customers: thank you for trusting us inside the perimeter. To our partners: the surface is yours to build on. To our shareholders: the market is early, the moat is governance, and we intend to own it.
