The Service surfaces third-party names, logos, and marks — including but not limited to those of Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (GPT) — only to help users identify the underlying model providers and tools they are working with. Usable Machines, Inc. (dba Kindo) claims no ownership of, affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the holders of these marks, and displaying them does not create any agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Rights holders who would like a mark altered or removed from the Service can contact us at hello@kindo.com. We will respond within ten (10) business days.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the Service: account details you provide, content you submit to the Service, and basic telemetry required for reliability and security. We do not sell personal information.

4. Model Providers

When you use the Service, prompts and related content may be routed to third-party model providers (for example, Anthropic or OpenAI) to generate responses. Those providers process your content under their own terms and policies.
