Building an AI-native SOC

Most "AI in the SOC" is a chat box next to the same dashboards. That is a demo. An AI-native SOC is a different operating model, where agents do the work and humans supervise the fleet.

The unit of work shifts from the alert to the intent. Instead of an analyst clicking through consoles, an operator declares an outcome — contain this, validate that exposure, prove this control — and a governed agent maps it onto the tools the SOC already runs.

The console becomes the SOC

The primary surface stops being a wall of dashboards and becomes an operating view over the agent fleet: who is working what, which gates have cleared, what escalated. The audit trail is continuous, so the compliance story writes itself.
